Call for Entries: Recognize and Reward a Frontline Customer Service Provider with a Spotlight Award

The Spotlight Award is a no-cost way to honor frontline customer service representatives in all industries for their commitment to customer satisfaction.

(Boonton, NJ, Oct 23, 2009) — The Customer Service Group has issued its annual call for nominations of frontline service providers in all industries for the Spotlight Award.

Six service providers will be selected for recognition throughout 2010 in the monthly training and motivation newsletter, The Customer Communicator.

There is no cost to nominate a frontline service provider and those selected for recognition will be featured in an article in The Customer Communicator newsletter, at the Customer Service Group website, and will receive a small monitory award.

As editor Bill Keenan notes, "this is a wonderful, no-cost way for managers to recognize and reward the people on their service team who go above and beyond to serve their customers and their companies."
